Brief History of Dove Canyon

The first residents of the area known as  Rancho Santa Margarita were Shoshonean Native Americans called Acagchemen. This area was purchased in 1843 by Juan Forster who renamed it "La Victoria."

Situated next to the Cleveland National Forest, Dove Canyon is one of Orange County's best kept secrets. This community has gated privacy in an intimate golf setting. Many community events are enjoyed by it's residents.
